So. I’ve witnessed a lot of kerfuffle on the internet in the past when it comes to people publishing using some sort of crowdfunding. I’ve even kind of had Thoughts about it myself. But here I am, launching a Patreon. I’m hoping that the small perks I’m offering outweigh any negative feelings people have about a crowd-funding method. That, yes, this money will be funneled into publishing work that I planned to publish regardless, but I’m not offering something for nothing. Every pledge level, all the way down to the basic $1/month pledge, will get something that I’ve had to work on that I wouldn’t have otherwise. I hope I don’t cause kerfuffle.
